Could you be our next Board member?

There will be three board seats up for election in the Spring of 2024.

There will be changes made to the Board to replace the seats of Jonathan Bailey-Teylectche and Richard Weyne. Laura Lee Calonius is up for re-election during this time.

Full member associations of the OE are invited to nominate one candidate from their country to serve the OE membership as a member of the Board.

All applications will be considered by the OE Appointments Committee, and those meeting the skills and experience criteria will be put to member vote at the OE General Meeting, which is being held on Saturday 16 March 2024 in Milan.

 

How to apply

Please download, read and complete the documents listed below. An up-to-date CV must be included, with a supporting statement of up to 1,000 words, which should highlight:

  • Your skills and experience (including those obtained outside of osteopathy), which address the essential competencies defined in the role specification.
  • Your professional qualifications and training
  • What has motivated you to apply for this post at this point in your career?
  • How you will use this opportunity to have a positive impact on the profession
  • Contact details of two referees
 

Please note: 

The CV and supporting statement should be submitted in English.

If there are two or more member associations from any country, only one candidate can be accepted for consideration from that country.

Those elected will be requested to attend a Board meeting on Sunday 17 March in Milan after the Spring Conference.
