Three osteopaths, from three different countries, are attending a Masterprogramme in Headache Disorders, at Copenhagen University.
The osteopaths, Katie North, from the UK, Jon Marshall, from Australia, and Hanna Tómasdóttir, Denmark, are amongst 22 selected healthcare professionals who were accepted to the Masterprogramme in Headache Disorders. The Masterprogramme will be attended not only by osteopaths, but by other healthcare professionals including neurologists, doctors, specialised nurses and physiotherapists.
Osteopaths are not only providing manual therapy in clinical settings, but are also gaining key recognition amongst extended healthcare providers within the more established healthcare system. In being part of a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, specializing in Headache Disorders, we can contribute to the widened healthcare system by providing a person centred approach.
